1. The rental rate will be adjusted each year based on Ontario Rent Increase Guideline, by providing written notice to the Tenant at least 60 days before the current lease expires.5. The Tenant agrees to allow the Landlord or their agent to show the unit to prospective tenants and/or buyers during the last 30 days of the lease, with 24 hours’ advance notice if required by the Landlord.6.
